The figures above are starting points in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. Your final quote depends on the number of children, their ages (younger groups need tighter ratios, so more staff), total hours, your venue, and any add-ons. We put all of it in writing before you commit — no day-of surprises.
Where we work
If children are invited and adults need to be present, we can staff it.
From the ceremony through the last dance. We work to your timeline — photos, speeches, dinner service — so children are settled when it matters most.

Staffing
We staff to the age mix, not just the headcount. Ten toddlers need a bigger team than ten ten-year-olds, and your quote reflects that.

Running later than planned? We can extend on the night, billed hourly, subject to staff availability.
For destination weddings and multi-day events, with sleep pods and an overnight-qualified team.
Activity stations and décor matched to your event palette so the kids' space looks intentional.
Face painting, magicians, balloon artists, or a craft specialist added to your programming.
Dedicated infant caregivers at a 1:2 ratio, with bottle prep, changing, and nap scheduling.
Scale the team for larger guest lists or a wider age spread than your package covers.
